Miley Cyrus Makes Fun Of VMAs Performance On SNL
Miley Cyrushas poked fun at her now-infamous performance on the MTV VMAs during her appearance on Saturday Night Live on US TV.
The 20-year-old star took part in a comedy sketch set in a post-apocalyptic America - where the blame for the nation's descent into chaos is pinned on her twerking dance routine.
She is visited by the Hannah Montana version of herself in the sketch - and makes jokes about smoking pot and her tongue-poking habit.
The sketch also features guest appearances from comics posing as Robin Thicke, Will Smith and Miley's giant pink teddy.
Miley also got a big laugh in her opening monologue when she pledged that there would be "no twerking tonight", before explaining: "Now that white people are doing it, it seems kinda lame."
She also performed current hit Wrecking Ball on the show.
