It's only a fortnight since Miley Cyrus was hospitalised with a severe allergic reaction that led her to cancel a string of gigs, but the star now appears to be on the mend.

And eating pancakes in bed seems to have been a key part of her recovery programme, if her Instagram feed is anything to go by.

MiCy has returned to the social networking site with three snaps, one showing her scoffing a pancake while wearing a rude-sloganed T-shirt and two more behind the scenes at a photoshoot.

The shirt in question shows two children, with one whispering in the other's ear: "Don't let those mother f**kers kill our vibe."

And in the photoshoot pictures she is wearing an unusual quilted top while a psychedelic lightshow is projected across her.

She wrote no comments with the snaps.
