The Adore singer went completely naked for the pic, which she uploaded to Instagram on Thursday (11 September).

Miley didn’t bare all however, choosing to preserve her modesty by censoring the snap with a well-placed red heart.

Unless Ms Cyrus has some serious photography skills and set up a camera with a timer, what we want to know is who took the pic...?
