Miley Cyrus kicked off her Bangerz tour exactly 10 days ago, but the strain is already taking its toll on the twerking star's body.

"#bangerztour sure knows how to make a bitch look really shady #werkin #fo #dat $," she tweeted earlier today along with a photograph of her very bruised bare legs.

The Adore You singer wears a series of skimpy outfits during the show, many of which leave her pins exposed.

And Miley isn't the only one who's been injured during the tour. Last week her support act, Sky Ferreira, fell on stage while performing her first track.

Pumped with adranelin, the singer didn't even notice her tights had ripped and her leg was bleeding profusely until she got off stage. Sky eventually needed 60 stitches and was taken away from the venue by ambulance.
