Miley Cyrus: 'Rihanna Should Be No.1 On Maxim Hot List'

The former Hannah Montana star attended the magazine's party in Hollywood on Wednesday (May 15), wearing a sexy Valentino playsuit, complete with bow detailing at the back.

As she strutted her stuff on the red carpet, Cyrus told Hollywood Life she was shocked at being named Maxim's Hottest Woman, stating she believes RiRi should have beaten her to the accolade.

When asked by the website who she would have crowned the hottest, Miley gushed: "I think Rihanna. She is so sexy!”

Cyrus went on to add that after finding out she had beaten the Bajan babe - who finished third on the list - she couldn't wait to share the news with her fans.

The 20-year old said: “My first reaction was to go straight to Twitter but I had to keep my paws off my phone.

"I think I announced it four days earlier by accident, but it was all because I was so excited. I had to keep my thumbs from pressing send.”
