Miley Cyrus Tweets Blonde Snap

Miley Cyrus has added blonde highlights to her hair and tweeted a snap of her new locks - complete with the perfect pout.

The Liam Hemsworth[/uuid] and put the picture on Twitter saying: "Now that I'm blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo.

Miley recently showed off a new tattoo featuring the words of former American President Theodore Roosevelt, although website examiner.com has reported that some commentators are wondering whether the tattoo is permanent or just temporary.

Meanwhile Us Weekly magazine is reporting that Miley and The Hunger Games hunk are keen to start a family.

An unnamed source is quoted as saying: "Miley and Liam really want to have a baby quickly. They are both mature and ready for this. Miley is 19 going on 40."

The magazine also reports that the recent birth of Liam's niece India (daughter of brother Chris Hemsworth) is said to have spurred the couple on.
