Miley Cyrus has posted a series of angry messages on Twitter regarding the death of a photographer trying to get a picture of Justin Bieber's car.
The singer - who has been the target of the paparazzi herself many times - took to the social networking site to declare that the tragedy was "bound to happen".
She wrote: "Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!"
And later added: "It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's conscious as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices."
Biebs himself has called for a change in the law following the death of the snapper this week. The man had been returning to his own car after trying to get a shot of Bieber's customised Ferrari, when he was hit by an oncoming vehicle.
Bieber was not in his Ferrari at the time.
