Miley Cyrus Wins Video Of The Year VMA For 'Wrecking Ball'
It couldn't have been anything else could it?!
Miley Cyrus has won this year's Video Of The Year MTV VMA for Wrecking Ball beating off competition from Iggy Azalea, Beyoncé, Sia and Pharrell Williams!
A year since Miley made VMA headlines for her twerk-tastic collab with Robin Thicke, instead of accepting the award herself Miley let Jesse, one of America's 1.6 million runaways and homeless youths, make the acceptance speech.
"Though I may have been invisible to you on the streets I have a lot of the same dreams that brought many of you hear tonight," he stated before encouraging people to visit Miley's Facebook page where the Adore You star is calling for awareness and funds to end youth homelessness.
This year's VMA ceremony has seen stunning performances from Jessie J, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Usher, Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, Sam Smith, Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora.
Watch the 2014 VMAs Monday at 9pm on MTV UK.
