Albums

The 1975 -'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships'

Reviews are already hailing'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships'as the greatest British album of the 21st century, and we can understand why. The 1975's highly-anticipated third album is a complex collection that deals with modern life's problems and world issues over sprawling productions that switch from acoustic to gospel to synth-pop to techno surprisingly seamlessly. It's wonderful, refreshing and a extremely necessary album to be heard in 2018. Well done, boys.

Clean Bandit -'What Is Love?'

Is there a Guiness World Record for albums with most collaborations ever? Clean Bandit could perhaps win with their second studio album'What Is Love?', a relentless star-studded affair with endless potential for Number 1 singles. 'Symphony' and 'Solo' have already reached the top, and now it's time for Charli XCX and Bhad Bhabie's surprising collaboration 'Playboy Style'.

Meek Mill -'Championships'

Meek Mill's fourth album arrives this week with an impressive line-up.Cardi B, Ella Mai and his one-time nemesis Drake all feature on'Championships', a triumphant release from a rapper whose personal life has often overshadowed his music.

Los Unidades -'Global Citizen EP 1'

Coldplay are taking a break, instead releasing under new band name Los Unidades. The new band enlistNelson Mandela, Pharrell, Stormzy and David Guetta - to name a few - for their debut EP,'Global Citizen EP 1', which comes before the 2018 Global Citizen Festival happens this weekend (which we'll be broadcasting as it happens!).

Alessia Cara - 'The Pains Of Growing'

Alessia Cara documents the uncomfortable and awkward steps into adulthood on her brilliant second album,'The Pains Of Growing'. There'sheartbreak, plenty of tears, a mission of self-love and finding one's self, and we think she's succeeded.

Elderbrook -'Old Friend 'EP

Fresh off the success of 'Cola', Elderbrook drops four brand new tracks with his new EP,'Old Friend'. The dance floor is where his voice belongs, and he doesn't shy from flirting with different sounds on this set, with elements of techno, salsa and house elevating his lyrics to create anthems.
