Some actually good news to celebrate for once because Millie Mackintosh has confirmed her engagement to Hugo Taylor just over a year after they first rekindled their romance back in May 2016.

At the time, Millie was in the process of her divorce from husband of two years Professor Green. The couple cited irreconciliable differences on their documentsand insisted that their split was an amicable one.

Mille and Hugo - who first dated back in 2011 on Made In Chelsea- were onholiday in Greece celebrating Millie's 28th birthday when thespeculation first kicked into gear about their engagement.

A representative for Hugo has confirmed the happy news after Millie was spotted wandering about with a rock on her finger:"I can confirm that Hugo and Millie did get engaged whilst they were on holiday in Greece."

The road to marriage hasn't always been easy, with Mille revealing in an interview after their split: "I loved him - those feelings don’t disappear – but I just always have to remind myself why we’re not together.

"I do think that, for the rest of my life, every time I see him, I’ll get that feeling in my stomach. I don’t think I could ever not get that butterfly feeling," she added.

Meanwhile, Professor Green has stuck by his decision to keep a dignified silence following their divorce, previously revealing in an interview with Loose Women that he doesn't want to "monetize" his relationships.

"Forget whatever you are reading It wasn't a celebrity relationship and it wasn't a celebrity marriage and it wasn't a celebrity divorce, we are two people. You have to consider people's feelings and the fact we are dealing with it and are still dealing with it."
