Million Dollar Baby star Lateysha Grace might have an Instagram full of envy-inducing holiday photos, beaut selfiesand seriously cute pictures with her daughter Wynter, but, as she’s revealed, creating the perfect post also comes with a downside – social media critics.

Yep, trolls are a nasty and - let's be honest -unnecessaryside effect of the ever-growing world of social media (if we could totally eliminate trolling, we'd do it in a heartbeat), but having dealt with critics on her own social pages, Lateysha now has some awesome advice on how to handle anything they throw our way.

Speaking exclusively to MTV, Lateysha shared her thoughts on how we can all deal with criticism and bad comments we might get online, explaining: “It’s kinda hard to be honest, and you’ve just literally got to let it go in one ear and out the other, otherwise you’re just going to keep on carrying them burdens with you (sic).

“Just learn to try and not take it to heart.”

We’re definitely making a note of this advice.

The reality star and businesswoman also opened up about how people react to any ‘sexy’ photos she posts, revealing: “I get a lot of people like, ‘you’re a mum now, cover up. Oh my god, what’s your daughter gonna think when she’s older?’, and I just think, my daughter’s not going to be like you small-minded people.

“She’s gonna look at them pictures when she’s older and be like, ‘oh my god, my mum was stunning’, do you know what I mean (sic)? Not, ‘oh my god, my mum’s trash.”

She added: “I have toned down my image a lot since I’ve had her, but I still can be sexy – mums can be sexy.”

Luckily, there’s still a lot of positivity on social media too, with Lateysha explaining that her most popular posts usually involveher, Wynter and Wynter’s dad Ben Charles: “People love to see families.”

And though she’s learnt to ignore the trolls, Lateysha revealed that she still replies to as many comments as she can: “I read every single one of my comments on my posts and I try to reply to as many people as possible because I just find it amazing to be fair, like, how I can just upload a picture and people that don’t even know me are nice enough to leave a comment.

“I find that so nice.”
