Minecraft's New Chinese World Features Dragons And It's Majestic AF
Minecraft has announced that fans can start getting excited as its latest DLC is incoming and it’s going to be following an awesome Chinese mythological theme.
The new Minecraft pack, due to launch on 4 October at $5, comes with a hefty 41 new skins as well as 13 themed music tracks to help open up the world to players.
This packs includes the ability to take a trip through ancient cities where dragons fly. Mountainous backdrops with ancient architecture should immerse players in another world, albeit a blocky one of beauty.
The Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack is said to offer lots: “Wander through the streets of an ancient great city, marvel at the dragons that dwell around the high mountains, contemplate on your crafting within a mythical monastery and just enjoy the view as you walk through fields and discover how mobs would look in ancient China.”
This isn’t the only update coming though as consoles will also get a boost in the form of an update. Expect new mods including polar bears and their babies, new items like farm beetroots, banners to tart up your base, new terrain generation like igloos, underground fossils and new village paths and materials plus, finally, new blocks like end bricks, grass paths, frosted ice, magma and more.
