There's a new Minecraft game coming - and you've never seen it like this before!

'Minecraft: Story Mode' is an entirely new game which will add a plot to the world we're used to mining for blocky goodness in.

Instead of a freestyle mining adventure, this focuses on story. It's basically the opposite of what we're used to from the open-world building sandbox series. Instead of building, the game will focus on point-and-click storytelling.

You will control Jesse, one of four adventurers who defeated the boss from the original game, the Ender Dragon. This time you'll be going on a new adventure, "to save the world from oblivion," says Telltale Games, who are making the new take on the Minecraft world.

For the best feel for what it'll be like, watch the teaser and then look no further than Telltale's previous games. They also created the much-loved 'The Walking Dead 'and 'Game of Thrones 'games - both narrative-driven episodic games where your choices impact what happens in the story. Like both of those, 'Minecraft: Story Mode' will also be released in an episodic 'season' of the game when it arrives later this year.

It's also a safe bet that this new take on Minecraft will be just as emosh.
