Police have arrested an alleged stalker who had threatened to kill supermodelMiranda Kerr.
Steven C Swanson, 57, is reported to have been collared by police in Massachusetts after calling the LAPD and telling them that he was planning to fly to Los Angeles to kill Kerr.
The Cape Cod Times reports that when police arrived at his home they found pictures of the Australian model and a pellet gun.
He is then claimed to have told officers that he was actually planning to "rescue" the 30-year-old.
Swanson was held on bail and is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.
