Mollie King: 'The Saturdays Are Still Very Much A Band'

"I'll always be a Saturday."

Mollie King has insisted that The Saturdays are "still very much a band" even though she's currently going it solo with her debut single 'Back To You'.

Speaking to us about branching out away from the group she told us:"I'll always be a Saturday. We are on a break at the minute. We don't have anything set in stone, [like] dates that we'll be doing anything together. I would like to at some point but there's nothing planned as of yet."

Mollie also revealed that the girls all still get together and were an important part of signing off her new music."I see the girls all the time still," she said."The last time I saw all of them together was a couple of months ago I think probably April or something. We don't get together as much as Iwould like tobut we always see each other one-on-one all the time.

"The girls have all heard ['Back To You'] - they've been so supportive. It was really importantto me that they liked it. I don't know why but their opinions really meant a lot to me so I played it to them and Una loved the video she was like 'oh my goodness I want to watch it again' and Frankie was like 'oh I feel like I'm gonna cry'. Their suport really means a lot to me."

Reminiscing about her time with the group, Mollie also beamed:"there's so many memories with The Saturdays and so many more still to make," beforetelling us some of the moreembarrassing moments they had during their time together including this wardrobe malfunction:

"I went out [on stage once]and the heel of one of my shoes had fallen off so I was literally tiptoeing on one shoe and the girls just looked across at me like 'why are you dancing like that?' and I was like 'look at my shoes!'"

''Back To You' is out now.'
