The former Smiths singer is in trouble for talking about immigration
Morrissey is locked in a fierce battle with NME Magazine over comments he made about immigration.
The singer allegedly told them: Although I don't have anything against people from other countries, the higher the influx into England the more the British identity disappears.
Later in the interview he added: It could be construed that the reason I wouldn't wish to live in England is the immigration explosion. And that's not true at all."
Now Mozza is angry that the magazine has suggested hes racist and wants an apology before the end of the day. His lawyers have threatened legal action against both the mag and its editor.
