Community Service For Ms Dynamite

The UK star must also pay damages for her assault on a police officer...

Ms Dynamite has been sentenced to 60 hours of community service for assaulting a female police officer.
The UK star, real name Niomi McLean-Daley must also pay 750 compensation to the officer in question, whom Dynamite struck outside a London nightclub earlier this month, plus a 500 fine and 50 in costs.
The sentencing took place this afternoon at Bow Street Magistrates' Court. Ms Dynamite admitted a charge under the Police Act of "assaulting Caryn Marles, a constable in the execution of her duty". She also pleaded guilty to a charge of "using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress".
Dynamite claims that racial abuse towards her sister inside the nightclub had been the cause of her anger. She did, however, apologise profoundly for striking the officer.
