Find out how to get your hands on tickets here...
Following our announcement last month that MTV will be crashing Derry’s Ebrington Square we can confirm that thousands of tickets will go on sale on Saturday August 9 at 9am!
They’ll be available online via Ticketmaster and at the two local Ticketmaster outlets at Foyleside Shopping Centre and Cool Discs on Foyle Street.
Tickets for the MTV Crashes live show on Friday, September 19, and the Club MTV DJ special on Saturday night, September 20, will go on sale at www.ticketmaster.ie.
10,000 tickets will be available for each night and they will be priced at £10 plus £1.00 service charge for the Club MTV night and £5 plus £1.00 service charge for the MTV Crashes Derry-Londonderry show. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult and a maximum of four tickets per person will be allocated for each event.
Please note that there will not be any tickets available via Ticketmaster’s call centre numbers. Tickets will only be available through the two local outlets and via www.ticketmaster.ie.
For the MTV Crashes live show there will be three separate ringfenced allocations to ensure fair access to tickets and fans should ensure that they select the allocation that applies to them from the Ticketmaster website…
1: BT47 & BT48 Postcodes – If your billing address falls into this category you should request tickets from this allocation.
2: All other Northern Ireland postcodes except BT47 & BT48 – if you live in Northern Ireland and your postcode isn’t BT47 or BT48 select this allocation.
3: Rest of World – Anyone with a billing address outside Northern Ireland should request tickets from this allocation.
Details of the music acts performing across the weekend of September 19-21 will be confirmed soon.
MTV Crashes will be a key part of a wider weekend of activity in the city including Culturetech and Culture Night. Further information is available via www.visitderry.com.
MTV Crashes Derry –Londonderry is being staged in collaboration with Derry City Council and with support from Ilex, and the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.
