The Blue boys picked up Favourite Pop Act accolade for the second year in a row and Gareth performed a duet with Asian singer, Siti Nurhaliza and was awarded the Favourite Male Artist gong. Christina Aguilera won Favourite Female Artist and Linkin Park walked away with two mantelpiece warmers for Favourite Rock Act and Favourite Video.
Mariah Carey surprised fans in Singapore when she unexpectedly turned up to the Awards to pick up a Lifetime Achievement Award for her warbling.
