Coming out can be one of the most daunting experiences a young person will face with Lucy telling us how she broke the news to her family in a rather bold way.
Spraggan explained: “I told my mum I was gay by walking into a room and saying ‘I hate so and so … because my girlfriend is prettier than her’ and just walked out,”
