Muse fans, get excited!
The band have unveiled a taster of their new album, posting a snippet of orchestral music to their Instagram page yesterday (16 December).
The short video shows the band in the studio in Milan, recording a string instrumental for their seventh studio album – a follow up to 2012's The 2nd Law, which topped the UK chart and reached number two in America.
The new LP is being produced by legendary AC/DC producer Robert 'Mutt' Lange, who also worked on classic Foreigner and Def Leppard albums amongst others.
In a series of tweets earlier this summer, frontman Matt Bellamy said the album has been inspired by "deep ecology, the empathy gap and World War 3".
