Chris Brown and Kendrick Lamar have been announced to perform at the BET Awards 2015!

The chart toppers will take to the stage at the 15th anniversary of music's biggest night on Sunday 28 June, with Brown continuing his reign as a BET regular performer.

While Lamar is keen to support those less known in the business, telling 1Xtra of his love for Best International Act nominee Little Simz.

"There’s a young lady out there who'spretty dope by the name of Little Simz," he said.

Adding: "She might be the one who is doing it right now. I just want to acknowledge that and wish her much success.”

Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross will be hosting the show, with appearances from the likes of Michael B. Jordan also expected on the night.
