Jay Z Has Silenced TIDAL’s Haters In The Best Way Possible! We’re Convinced…

The rapper addressed the ongoing criticism and thanked fans for their support...

Jay-Z has given TIDAL’s critics a little something to think about after delivering an epic freestyle during last weekend’s 'TIDAL X: Jay Z B-Sides' concert in New York (May 16).

The 'Holy Grail'rapper, who debuted his new streaming service earlier this year with A-list support, played the exclusive show to thank TIDAL fans and subscribers.

According to Billboard, the music mogul gave his take on the ongoing criticism -before delivering blows to rivals Spotify and YouTube.

He stated: "I'm never gonna go with the flow, I'm never gonna let nobody take over our music.

"I see s**t that maybe you don't so that the people out there can get it tomorrow. This TIDAL thing is all about the music. We gonna preserve the music, we ain't gonna let nobody take our music.”

Jigga then added: "We ain't gonna let nobody offer our music up and do what the f**k they wanna do. Don't ever go with the flow - be the flow."

Defending the platform, which is backed by everyone from Calvin Harris to Madonna, the 45-year-old rapped the lyrics:

"I feel like YouTube is the culprit / N****s pay you a tenth of what you supposed to get / You know n***a die for equal pay, right?"

"You know when I work I ain't your slave, right?"

“You know I came in this game independent right? / TIDAL, my own label, same difference.”

Cheered on by the crowd, the label boss also turned his attention to the deaths of Freddie Gray, Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin.
