Little Mix Perform The Song They Wrote For Britney Spears And It's Just A Bit Amazing

Little Mix have performed Britney Spears’ new single ‘Pretty Girls’ for Capital FM’s Instaoke and quite frankly, we’re impressed.

The girl group - who co-wrote the track for themselves before handing it over to Brit - gave a brief rendition of the song for the radio station, which also saw them sing-a-long to OMI’s 'Cheerleader'and 'Anaconda', by Nicki Minaj.

Perrie Edwards and Co recently revealed during an interview with The Sun that they gave up ‘Pretty Girls’ because they didn’t think it was up to scratch.

Jade Thirlwall told the tabloid: “We wrote it with Maegan Cottone, who we've written a lot of this album with. We loved the song but it wasn't really for us so we put it out there and, lo and behold, Britney wanted it."

Jesy Nelson added: "We've been away a while because we wrote an album, sat with the record label and we thought, 'Nope, it's not good enough’. “We recorded a whole album but we're perfectionists and knew we could do better. So we scrapped it and started again."

Little Mix recently unveiled their new single ‘Black Magic’, which is available in the UK from July 10.

The video for the track - which sees the girls play geeks at a high school in America - is due to premiere worldwide tomorrow (May 29).
