Mumford & Sons Notch Up Their Second UK No 1 Album

As OMI stays on top of the singles chart...

Mumford & Sons have gone straight in at the top of the Official UK Albums Chart with their new long player Wilder Mind.

The grandad rockers knocked reformed Britpop act Blur down to No 2 with their comeback album The Magic Whip.

Sia's 1000 Forms Of Fear was up 10 spots to No 3, while Sam Smith rose four places to No 4 with In The Lonely Hour.

Ed Sheeran's X rounds out the top five.

Meanwhile over in the Official UK Singles Chart there was no change at the top, with OMI enjoying a second week at No 1 with Cheerleader (Felix Jaehn Remix).

Wiz Khalifa's See You Again (ft. Charlie Puth) also stayed still at No 2 - as did Carly Rae Jepsen's I Really Like You at No 3.

There was however something new at No 4 in the form of Blonde's All Cried Out (ft. Alex Newell).

And Major Lazer x DJ Snake's Lean On (ft. MØ) dropped one place to No 5.
