Whitney Houston's mother, Cissy Houston, wrote a letter to her late daughter and it has recently made it online. The note is touching and it sees Cissy express how much love she had for her star of a daughter. Cissy also lets Whitney know that the Holy Spirit told her that the she wouldn't be with her for too long. Tissues at the ready!
