Power couple Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz have been involved in a fender bender while taking their limited edition vintage sports car out for a spin in New York. It has been reported by ContactMusic that the pair were driving their $200,000 vintage Morgan Aero Coupe along New York’s Madison Avenue when they were involved in a collision with another driver…
According to onlookers, Swizz stopped the vehicle and exchanged details with the other driver before driving away in the custom vehicle. Both parties are safe and no-one was hurt in the accident.
Meanwhile, Alicia has revealed that she will be making her fifth appearance on the MTV VMA stage this year, when she returns to perform her ‘crazy new song.’
The ‘Fallin’ singer recently spoke to MTV News to confirm her excitement at unveiling her new single to the world at the ceremony on September 6, saying: "Debuting a new song at the VMAs is definitely special. I debuted 'No One' at the VMAs — it was the first time anyone in the world heard 'No One.’ It's the perfect setting. It's the right energy. It's the right vibe.”
The singer last performed at the VMA’s with Jay-Z in 2009 whilst performing ‘Empire State of Mind’. Mrs Beatz added: "It's so exciting to bring people into my world and where I've been and what I've been working on. And there's no better place in the whole wide world than the VMAs to do that, so it's gonna be crazy!"
