It has been reported that Lianne La Havas will be supporting Alicia Keys at her upcoming performance at the 'MTV Crashes Manchester' concert. When questioned about her feelings towards supporting the ‘Empire State Of Mind’ singer, La Havas excitedly said: "I have always been a big fan of Alicia and so it's going to be an absolute blast to play alongside her…”
The event has received an unprecedented demand for tickets, causing MTV to come to the decision that there will be free entry to watch the event take place on an outdoor screen within the Manchester Cathedral grounds. Taking place on September 24, Manchester City Council will allow fans into the Cathedral Gardens for free from 6pm, while the gig commences inside the venue from 8pm.
Meanwhile, after her recent performance in aid of 'World Humaniatarian Day', Beyonce has confirmed she will be attending Alicia Keys' fundraising gala for the charity 'Keep A Child Alive'.
The singer started the charity in 2003, in aid of assisting people affected by HIV and AIDS in Africa and India.
