Naomi Campbell has teamed up with Beats By Dre to gift the German national football team with the only thing better than the World Cup: their own Beats Pros dipped in 24-carat gold. As if they didn’t take home enough gold last night…
The super-shiny headphones were created by the same team behind Daft Punk’s helmets and our very own MTV VMA Astronaut, before being modelled by Ms. Campbell, in a shoot with legendary photographer Rankin.
“Working on the Golden project with Beats by Dr. Dre was so much fun,” said Naomi, who wore her Beats with a Tom Ford gown and Christian Louboutin peep-toe ankle boots.
“The shoot was loud and energetic…I even got to practice my football skills! This was the first time I’ve had the chance to work with the legendary Rankin, so it was a dream shoot,” she continued. “The Golden project is the perfect way to celebrate the German victory and I'm glad to be a part of this campaign.”
