Danny McBride Praises Co-Star Natalie Portman

Natalie Portman “killed it” in new flick, Your Highness, which was one of her first comedy roles.
McBride, who penned the script for the film, told us he was impressed with Portman's portrayal of foul-mouthed warrior princess Isabel in the medieval movie, stating she has a good sense of humour.
Speaking of actress, Danny revealed: “She was a natural and she made me laugh more than anyone else in the movie. She played it so straight and just killed it."
He explained: "Natalie has a really good sense of humour and I think it’s cool that she’s in this film because it shows her diversity as an actress.”
McBride also commended the Oscar winner’s courage when the time came for the pregnant Black Swan actress to bare some flesh in the movie, claiming: "I think anytime a girl has to show her bottom can be very tricky, but she just went for it."
The star added: "I think the crew was very happy we did that scene and everyone had it marked in their calendars – no-one called in sick to work that day!”
Your Highness is currently showing at cinemas nationwide.
