Nathan Henry Debuts Incredible Body Transformation After Losing 32 Pounds

The Geordie Shore lad achieved the body of his dreams in just 12 weeks.

Nathan Henry has explained how he managed to shift over thirty-two pounds in the space of twelve weeks after putting on someunwanted weight during the last series of Geordie Shore.

The 26-year-old revealed that he actually put on a staggering twenty-one pounds in six weeks during the MTV series, but credited health and wellbeing firm Forza Supplements and Shake It Slim drinks with changing his body for good.

'Let's get checking out a bunch of the Geordie Shore lasses most incredible transformations to date...'

The Geordie lad is super proud of his achievement and shared a bunch of before-and-after images to document how much his body has altered in the last few months.

Nathan’s main goal was to achieve the ripped torso of Superman actor Henry Cavill, and he succeeded in shifting four inches from his waist and gainingtwo inches across his chest to give him a broader torso.

He explained: “I have got my dream body after 12 weeks of really hard work. I've seen lots of stars 'sculpting' their most desired figures and I thought I would try and do the same.

"I did it by cutting out the junk food, ditching the booze and working on some great exercise routines which have got my abs harder than they've ever been.

"I felt rubbish after we finished filming the new series. I had put on a stone and a half and when all the lads in the house have amazing abs it makes you feel a whole lot worse. Aaron was training for his MMA fight when we were in the house, so that inspired me to take action.

And insisting that he'll do his best to maintain his current weight, Nathan said: "I am determined not to put on weight again so I can look as good as the other Geordie boys when we start filming again in February."

What a transformation. Looking mint, Nath.
