Geordie Shore star Nathan Henry has been through the ringer over the past few months after breaking up with his boyfriend of three years, Craig.

Now the babe is opening up about the emotional journey he went through during the filming of the current series of the MTV show, and how he’s found being single ‘awful.’

Speaking to the Daily Mail about how it feels to be single in the house since 2015, he said: “I'll be honest with you, no it's been horrible. At first, it was awful, I had to talk through the break-up and go through the emotions of it.

“So I was still really upset and down about it, a lot happens, basically on this series I go through an emotional journey. Normally people watching the show and me, I'm there for the girls, there for the boys, I'm always a shoulder to cry on,” he added.

Nathan confessed that this seasonhe had to lean on a lot of his fellow housemates to pull him through, saying: “A lot of people do go through break-ups, it's a hard process to get over, that's the reality of it. People do get broken up with, why not include it in the show?”

Telling it like it is, the lad got super real about the realisation he’s had about the whole sitch, going on to say: “You can't beg someone to love you, and you can't beg someone to stay with you, so I just had to respect his wishes and let him go.”

Now that’s growth.
