Neighbors.
The film tells the story of Mac Radner (Rogen) and his wife, Kelly (Rose Byrne), a married couple who move into their dream home with their baby.
However, when moving in, they find out that they are actually living next door to a fraternity house, with Efron playing troublesome leader, Teddy Sanders.
The married couple and their new baby don't mix well with explosive ragers, with their feud escalating into all out war between the two houses.
Neighbors comes from director Nicholas Stoller, who - when he's not writing movies for Kermit, Miss Piggy, and the Muppets - has made some seriously funny movies, like Forgetting Sarah Marshall and The Five-Year Engagement.
Neighbors is due for release on May 9, 2014.
