Holy Suicide Squad Cameo, Batman! Looks Like Those Ben Affleck Rumours Were True…

Ben Affleck’s Batman has been spotted shooting scenes for Suicide Squad in Toronto.

Just when you thought DC’s 'Suicide Squad' movie couldn’t get anymore exciting, what with that official cast photo and some sneaky videos doing the rounds of Jared Leto and Margot Robbie getting into character, new footage has emerged showing Ben Affleck’s Batman making an appearance in the film.

That’s right, it looks like those rumours have turned out to be true, as eagle eyed on-lookers snapped videos of Batfleck (well, his stunt double, at least) riding on top of the Joker’s car – and we seriously cannot cope.

Following hearsay that Ben Affleck was caught on set with Jared Leto, Margot Robbie and his infamous Batmobile last month, now there’s some cold hard proof(ish) that he’ll be part of the highly anticipated movie.

And despite having their cover blown, it seems director David Ayer isn’t too upset that the news has gotten out.

Posting to Twitter, “I believe in old school filmmaking… Thank you #Toronto”, we reckon he’s quite pleased by all the excitement.

With Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice hitting cinemas March 25 2016 and Suicide Squad following closely behind on August 5, it looks like we’ll be getting to enjoy a fair share of Batfleck on our screens next year.
