50 Cent has posted a shocking pictures of himself on Twitter showing the results of his rapid weight loss.

Fiddy has shed 4 stone for a role in new movie, Things Fall Apart where the rapper plays a US football star who is diagnosed with cancer.

The Baby By Me rapper looks unrecognisable in the pics which show the star looking gaunt after surviving for nine weeks on a liquid-only diet combined with daily three hour treadmill walks.

Mr.Cent, real name Curtis Jackson is taking his new role very seriously and has not only shrunk down to 11 stone - he has also had all his tattoos removed.

The 34-year old has stated: "I'm starving, but i've been eating. I'll be back in shape in no time."

Fiddy has now finished shooting the flick and is set to return to his normal fitness regime before starting his US tour on Friday.
