Amy Winehouse has been found not guilty of assaulting a fan at a gig last September.
The singer was cleared of attacking dancer Sheren Flash at Westminster Magistrates Court.
The incident took place backstage at a charity ball in London in 2008 when Wino allegedly hit the woman after she asked for a photo.
Amy had denied the charges. In court she said: “Her friend came round in front of us and started taking a picture. I was like, 'Do I get a choice in this, hello?'
“It [the alleged punch] was more like an indication of, 'Leave me alone, I'm scared of you'. I meant to just get her away from me. I was scared."
Winehouse has recently returned from St. Lucia- where she had lived for most of the year.
When appearing in court the Back To Black star has looked healthier than in recent times.
