Amy Winehouse has been spotted hand in hand with her ex hubby Blake Fielder Civil as she left a clinic in London, confirming rumours that they are officially back together.

The loved-up pair were later seen celebrating Blake’s 28^th birthday together at a Jazz club in Soho, where it was very obvious that they were pleased to be back together.

The owner of the Jazz club, where the newly reunited couple spent the night, told The Sun: “They were very romantic together all night. They are in love completely…She's very sweet and Blake's very nice and cares for her very much."

Amy is said to be so committed to the relationship that she reportedly wants to take on his surname as her own...again.

The source added: “Amy was asking us to call her Mrs Fielder-Civil.”

Winehouse and Blake divorced last September after a very fiery three years together amidst rumors of drug abuse, but the couple may now be ready to marry again.

A source told The Daily Mail the troubled Back To Black singer bought her 2.5 million Camden Mansion for her and Blake to share together.

The newly runited couple are also hoping to re-marry in Las Vegas, as long as Amy can get a US Visa.
