Amy Winehouse's family and friends paid their final respects to the late singer at her private funeral held today (26th July) in North London.

According to BBC News, a convoy of vehicles arrived at the Edgwarebury Cemetery in Edgware, as press and fans of the Tears Dry On Their Own hitmaker lined the roads outside.

Mark Ronson - who produced Amy's hit album Back To Black - was among the 200 guests at the service, as was Winehouse's close friend, Kelly Osbourne.

Arriving at the funeral holding a single white rose, Osbourne paid homage to Amy by wearing her hair in her trademark beehive style.

Her father, Mitch, read a touching eulogy at the ceremony, which ended with the words: "Goodnight, my angel, sleep tight. Mummy and Daddy love you ever so much."

It is thought that the traditional Jewish service lasted 45-minutes and is expected to be followed by a cremation and family get-together at a local synagogue in Golders Green.
