Arcade Fire Announce UK Arena Tour
As their third album hits number one…

Canadian indie heroes Arcade Fire have announced their biggest ever UK tour dates for later this year.
The group have previously played one-off shows rather than a full run of gigs across the country.
But now with their critically acclaimed number one album The Suburbs out they’ve confirmed huge shows for this December.

Tickets for the gigs go on sale this Friday August 13 at 9am and are sure to sell out in super-fast time.
The band recently confirmed that they are working on a short film with acclaimed director Spike Jonze.
Win from the group said: “It's like a science-fiction B-movie companion piece for the record.
“Basically, we played Spike some music from the album and the first images that came to his mind had the same feeling as this idea for a science fiction film.”
No release date has yet been set for the film, which was recently shot in Austin, Texas.
