Dark Knight Tops MTV Film Poll

Youve voted Batman your favourite movie of 2008

The Dark Knight has topped an MTV poll to find out your favourite film of 2008.

It seems you lot were impressed with Christian Bale as Batman battling the late Heath Ledger as The Joker- it got 27% of your votes.

The film was released in July this year and so far has taken nearly $1 Billion in cinema takings and DVD sales.

Your second favourite flick of the year is vampire thriller Twilight- despite the fact that it hasnt been released in the UK yet!

Chick Flicks Mamma Mia and Sex & The City came joint third with 15% of the vote each.
