Beasties and Chemicals to Headline Bestival

Missed out on V and OXEGEN? Get on the case...

The Chemical Brothers and The Beastie Boys have confirmed they'll be headlining this year's Isle of White Festival on Friday and Saturday nights, respectively.

The festivals' website claims the main stage will be "set alight" by the two acts, and though we imagine local fire safety laws mean they probably won't actually be burning the stage, we can't help but think it would be a pretty impressive climax.

Joining them on the Isle will be The Maccabees, The Cuban Brothers, Gilles Peterson, Tim Westwood, organiser Rob Da Bank, and tree hugging festival faves The Levellers.

We also like the sound of Fake Bush Goes To Bollywood, a Kate Bush impersonator who well, goes to Bollywood. The mind boggles!
