This March sees the return of the groundbreaking rock-hiphop-reggae outfit Big Audio Dynamite as they play their first live shows with their original lineup for over 20 years.
The group were formed in 1984 by Mick Jones in the wake of The Clash, and pioneered a mix of samples, rock, hip-hop and dance on such tracks as E=MC2 and Medicine Show.
The original line-up disbanded in 1990, although Jones continued playing with different BAD line-ups until the late '90s.
Following Jones' stint last year playing on Gorillaz' world tour, the reformed BAD are set to head out on a series of international live dates in 2011, including a full UK tour in March/April.
