Frankie Cocozza To Win Celebrity Big Brother?

Frankie Cocozza could be about to pull off the biggest comeback since Amelia Lily replaced him on The X Factor - by winning Celebrity Big Brother.

According to The Mirror, viewers of the Channel 5 show are apparently 'lapping up' the 19-year old's wild behaviour, with Cocozza emerging as the new favourite to be crowned this year's CBB champion.

Viewers have seen him cavorting with WAG Nicola McClean in the hot tub, dancing to Baby by his nemesis Justin Bieber and celebrating his birthday in the house - dressing up as a giant candle.

The newspaper claims that the Brighton boy is now well on his way to making the final, closing in on current favourite, Welsh rugby star Gareth Thomas.

A spokesperson for bookmakers William Hill claimed: "Gareth Thomas has been the favourite for a few days now but Frankie Cocozza has been the only person the people have been wanting to back in the last 24 hours.”

Following this week's face-to-face nominations, all housemates apart from Gareth face eviction tonight (20th January) - with two celebrities in line to get the chop in this year's first double eviction.

Nicola McClean looks likely to get the boot, with The Only Way Is Essex star Kirk Norcross and Playboy twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon also at risk.

As it stands, Cocozza and ex-Eastenders actress Natalie Cassidy are on course to remain in the house, with odds of 33/1 and 40/1 to leave.
