Britney Spears is working with UK dubstep producer Rusko on her new album, it’s been revealed.
The Gimme More singer has turned to the knob-twiddler- whose real name is Christopher Mercer- to work on her next record.
A report in the L.A Weekly reveals Rusko is currently in the city prepping tracks for the album.
The producer has worked on
M.I.A.rsquo;s new album including her track
XXXO which leaked this week.
It’s no surprise that Britney has chosen to embrace dubstep. The club sound has increasingly influenced chart tracks while Snoop and
Rihanna have both worked with British duo Chase & Status on songs.
Spears has worked extensively with electro influenced producers
Bloodshy & Avant- who are also behind band
Miike Snow.
