Britney Spears is still not lying low despite her mental health problems and the intense media attention about her.

Her white Mercedes car was impounded after she got a flat tire and unwisely left the vehicle in the middle of an LA road.

Stranded the Piece Of Me star then accepted a lift from a paparazzo who was trailing her, though not the British photographer she is dating.

It appears Adnan Ghalib has helped her with something though. According to reports she has used a Brummie accent during a recent sanity test. Britney decided to use a Birmingham accent during her stay at the Cedars Medical Centre after her recent breakdown.

Probably not the best way to prove youre sane.
