Britney Can’t Appear In Court

Her lawyers say she is still not well enough

Britney Spears is not fit to appear in court to contest control of her assets, say her lawyers.

At an LA hearing the singers representative Samuel Ingham said her mental health problems were fluid.

The judge agreed that it may be harmful for Spears to testify at her July 31 conservatorship case which will decide who is in control of her estate.

Britneys dad Jamie has been in charge of her money and assets since February when she was sectioned after having a breakdown.
