Celine Dion Plans For Second Child

The 42-year-old singer is hoping for good news...

Celine Dion has revealed that she is waiting for news on her second pregnancy and keeping her fingers crossed that it is good news.

The 42-year old has apparently had a lot of difficulties when she tried to get pregnant in the past.

She told talk show host Wendy Williams: "Well we're crossing our fingers. We're waiting for good news hopefully. I don't want to talk about it so much because I'm superstitious, but I know people have been very wonderful for us and praying for us."

"Right now we are crossing our fingers, we hope for the best and I can't wait to give people good news. Once you live in show-business and everything spreads out so quick and every pregnancy you have to wait three months to make sure it's all ok and it's nerve racking."

The Canadian singer continued: "We're not getting any younger and you always think it's your last chance, you're last try.I don't want to jinx myself and say, 'We think we are' and then someone hears the wrong thing and it's, 'She's not and she is and she's not and she is'. It's terrible."

"It's exactly what we don't want - the fans, the people to hear that. We continue to wait and we hope for the best. I'm going to try until it works. Five's my lucky number, so this is the time it's got to work."
