Take That have gone straight to number one with their new album The Circus selling a massive 432,000 copies.

In the singles chart Leona Lewis scored a record for fastest selling digital track ever with her Snow Patrol cover Run.

Man-band Take That nearly troubled the people at Guinness themselves- The Circus is now the third biggest album on first week sales alone.

Britney Spears could only manage getting to number four on the album chart with her Circus disc. Leona Lewis and The Killers are at number 2 and 3.

In the singles countdown behind Leona are Take That with Greatest Day (2), Britneys Womanizer (3), Katy Perrys Hold And Cold (4) and Human by The Killers- at number 5.
