Cher Lloyd has announced the official release date of her debut single, Swagger Jagger.
The 17-year old, who previously revealed she was "the most upset" she's ever been after a demo of the track leaked last week, confirmed that Swagger Jagger will be unleashed on 31st July, with her first LP following in November.
Swagger Jagger, which got it's first official play on Scott Mills' Radio 1 show yesterday, has been co-written by The Runners, who also produced Usher's Hey Daddy and Rihanna's recent single, California King Bed.
Speaking of the track via a press release, The X Factor star stated: "Being in the studio writing and recording with The Runners and Autumn Rowe has been an amazing experience."
She continued: "Swagger Jagger was one of the first tracks we recorded and I loved it straight away and knew it had to be my first single! I hope you all like it. I cannot wait to get out there and perform to you all."
Lloyd has also stated that her debut album is almost complete, telling Mills that she has just "one more track to lay her vocals on."
We can't wait to see what Cher has to offer...
