Cheryl Cole To Take Ashley Back?

After rumours a divorce was imminent, Chezza still hasn't made her mind up...

The Cheryl Cole and Ashley Cole split saga continues after reports suggest that the Girls Aloud star will reunite with her cheating hubby, despite claims Chezza was ready to divorce the footballer.

As we previously reported, allegations were made that the X Factor judge was set to finalise her divorce to the Chelsea star within the next week, even hitting the love-rat with a live long gagging order preventing him from ever talking about her again.

The Sunday Mirror also claimed that the divorce paper-work had been drawn up by lawyers stating that Cheryl does not want a penny of Ashley's £10 million fortune and suggests she will even pay him £3 million for her share in their Surrey mansion.

It was also said that Cheryl requested an immediate divorce form Ashley and that he is not allowed to contact her for 6 months after the papers has been finalised.

However, The People has reported conflicting news that the Parachute singer is reading to forgive and forget in order to reconcile with Ashley.

A source revealed: "There is no divorce. It has been weeks and weeks since Cheryl discovered Ashley had supposedly been cheating on her but she hadn't seen or spoken to a lawyer."

"Cheryl was backed into a corner when Ashley suggested that he buy out the house and she realised that she needed to make a decision."
